Goal Setting for 2025

Last week I gave some resources for reflecting on 2024. This week, lets plan ahead for 2025. Identifying specific goals will allow your life to naturally align around achieving them, even if you don’t put a ton of effort in (though it’s better if you do!).

  1. Define your areas to set goals. These are some common ones: Personal, Professional/Work, Financial, Health, Relationships, Family, and Fun

  2. Set 1-3 goals in each area. Keep it simple, set just your most important goals so you don't get overwhelmed, lose track, or get distracted.

  3. Write your action plan. What systems, habits or behaviors do you need to adopt? How will you make time, track progress and stay accountable?
